Adding DIY Heart patches on a garment is a great way to celebrate Valentine's Day or to add a cute, personal touch to your outfits all year-round!
Utilize your fabric scraps for the patch and a simple garment you already own. This will be a great, sustainable alternative to commercial Valentines which often creates waste!
*My favorite quality for patches is denim, from old jeans. In the pics, I've used a crew neck that I had made with our #GERBERATOP Pattern.
There are many creative and easy ways to add the heart patches:
Sew-On with a sewing machine or by hand.
Iron-On using a double-faced adhesive fabric.
Embroidered all around with a decorative machine stitch.
