RECEIVING THE PATTERNS
When you buy from our store, the file is automatically delivered to you as soon as the payment is received. A confirmation email is sent with a download link. The link also appears on the Thank you page.
This download link is available for 30 days. After that it is no longer available, so please make sure to save in your pc the downloaded files before link's expiration date.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please review product information carefully before you purchase.
Due to the fact that digital products are not returnable once sent, we can not accept returns or refunds. Procedure of completing a digital order is starting by clicking on the sent download link in the order email, whether or not you open the downloaded files. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds on non faulty products where we can see that the downloaded link has already been accessed.
If there is a fault in the purchased product, you have the right to request a repair or a replacement and we will fix it in 3 working days.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we can accept returns or refunds, only in case you have not started downloading your order, within 14 days.
